Director and Interim CEO
Marc has more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive, board member, and principal investor in public companies, mostly in the resource sector. These include Minefinders, Lydian International, Treasury Metals, Midpoint, and most prominently Aquiline Resources, which was sold to Pan American Silver in 2009. He has been President and CEO of Laramide Resources since 1995 and has been a director of Khan Resources (now Cypherpunk Holdings) since 2010. Mr. Henderson, who resides in Toronto, Canada holds an economics degree from the University of Colorado and is a CFA charterholder.

An engineer and businessman with a passion for privacy and number theory, and a self-professed cypherpunk, Moe first learnt about bitcoin in 2010. In 2012 he began mining in his free time, while completing a Masters in Nanotechnology at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL).
He founded Bitaccess in 2013, now one of Canada’s most prominent blockchain technology companies, pioneering products such as Bitcoin ATMs, blockchain publishing, and financial smart contracts.
Moe has been invited to the Senate of Canada, the European Parliament, & many other conferences internationally to speak on the future of blockchain technology
A well-known investor, financial writer, market commentator, and speaker from London, whose diverse accomplishments include authoring “Bitcoin: The Future of Money?”, the first known book published on Bitcoin by a recognized publisher in 2013-4.
An early bitcoin and blockchain advocate, he contributes regularly to Moneyweek and the Guardian and is considered an authoritative figure on the world of cryptocurrencies by the British media.
A monetary economist with a particular focus on non-political digital currencies and privacy tech. His career has included senior influential posts at VISA, VeriSign, Sumitomo Bank and Hushmail. He was a founding director of the Bitcoin Foundation.
His early work on digital cash systems and financial cryptography has been published by Dow Jones and the London School of Economics. He serves as an independent board director to companies in the bitcoin, blockchain, mobile payments & gaming sectors. He advocates on bitcoin to a wide variety of audiences, including the Federal Reserve Bank, the Bank of England, the European Central Bank, SWIFT, the Depertment of Justice, retail payment networks, major financial institutions, regulatory bodies, mobile money issuers, iGaming operators, security firms, hedge funds & family offices.
Blaise has been active in public companies for the past 20 years. He was director and chairman of Aquiline Resources, which was acquired in 2009 by Pan American Silver, and served until 2018 as director of Treasury Metals. He has been chairman of family holding company since 2008. He has run in parallel several private companies in domains such as heavy equipment distribution, asset based finance & financial services. He has also been a supporting investor in venture-capital companies involved in mining, agriculture, hi-tech development, fintech and blockchain.
A chartered accountant, and formerly Senior Tax Manager at KPMG LLG, Michael has served as CFO of several public companies. He is currently CFO of Micron Waste Technologies (MWM:CSE); CFO & director of Breathtec Biomedical (BTH:CSE); director of Cypherpunk Holdings (HODL: CSE) & Cairo Resources; and Tax Partner at Sadhra & Chow LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
Chief Financial Officer
Dennis has held various senior financial positions over the past 40 years in the banking, credit union, and insurance industries. He has been CFO of various TSX listed companies including: Laramide Resources since 2006, and Treasury Metals since 2010 . He was CFO of Aquiline Resources and Forrester Metals Inc.,which was acquired by Zinc One. Dennis is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
Eric serves on the board and acts as corporate secretary of several public and private companies. He is partner in Irwin Lowy LLP, where he is focused on securities and corporate finance law, including public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings, as well as public company governance and regulation
