Our Story

Cypherpunk Holdings was conceived in 2018 as an investment company in the Bitcoin ecosystem. At a time when no ETFs existed, Cypherpunk Holdings was one of the first listed companies to hold Bitcoin on its balance sheet. True to its name, our company adopted the Cypherpunk Manifesto – that “privacy is necessary for an open society and electronic age” – as our fundamental investment thesis.
